We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Expert for our private cloud and HCMP SaaS product.
This role requires hands-on digital marketing execution with technical GTM engineering to optimize B2B revenue funnels, focusing on ABM, paid ads, workflow automation, SEO, email campaigns, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other channels
Build and automate AI-driven email sequences for drip campaigns
Create databases of target audiences including mid-market, VARs, datacenters, and other segments
Execute ABM personalization and post-event follow-ups, ensuring compliance and high deliverability rates
Manage MQL to SQL conversion by coordinating with SDRs and sales teams
Drive lead generation using Clay and AI tools, automating prospecting by pulling and enriching data, applying ICP filters, and exporting to outreach tools
Develop multi-channel lead nurturing strategies using tools like Brevo, Seamless.ai, etc., to boost conversion rates and pipeline growth
Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content gap analysis to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic
Integrate CRM systems (Dynamics 365 or HubSpot) with marketing tools for seamless data flow, using Clay and n8n for enrichment, automation, and real-time dashboards
Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics to track user behavior and performance metrics
Required Skills and Experience
6 to 8+ years of experience in digital campaigns or lead generation roles
Manage paid advertising budgets across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Optimize budgets for lead generation using A/B testing, retargeting, and ROAS tracking
Expertise in ABM marketing, paid ads, and SEO optimization (tools like Screaming Frog), along with Clay for AI-powered lead enrichment and prospecting workflows
Proficiency in automation tools including n8n, CRM systems like Dynamics 365, and email/marketing platforms such as Brevo and Marketo
