Job Description

We are looking for a Content Strategist who will lead our social media presence while also contributing to broader content initiatives including blogs, brochures, and marketing assets. This is a remote role requiring both real-time, platform-native content thinking and structured long-form storytelling, especially in B2B and technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy

  • Own and execute the end-to-end social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, product messaging, and business priorities
  • Create engaging content formats such as posts, carousels, and leadership content
  • Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility through consistent and innovative content

2. Content Creation & Copywriting


  • Write high-quality, engaging copy for social media, including captions, hooks, and storytelling formats
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure content is visually and contextually impactful

3. Long-Form & Marketing Content


  • Develop blogs, articles, case studies, and thought leadership pieces
  • Create marketing collateral such as brochures, solution briefs, and emailers
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice across all formats

4. Performance Tracking & Optimization


  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions)
  • Optimize content strategies based on insights and trends
  • Conduct A/B testing for formats, messaging, and posting schedules

5. Trend Monitoring & Innovation


  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and content formats
  • Identify opportunities for real-time or trend-based content

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with design and leadership teams to align content with business goals
  • Support campaigns, product launches, and events with integrated content strategies
