We are looking for a passionate Associate Product Manager with hands-on experience in delivering Enterprise SaaS
and Cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/ML-driven products, cloudnative architectures, and enterprise integrations, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive highquality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Product Execution & Support

Support the definition and execution of product vision and roadmap for SaaS and AI-based solutions.
Work with senior product managers to translate business requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent capabilities such as predictive insights or automation.
Conduct market and user research, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance product value.
Ensure product releases meet standards for security, performance, and scalability.

Project Delivery

Manage end-to-end delivery of product releases across public (AWS, Azure, GCP) and private cloud environments.
Coordinate project timelines, sprints, and dependencies using Agile or Hybrid methodologies.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to ensure on-time execution.
Track progress against defined KPIs and milestones, highlighting risks and dependencies proactively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, design, and customer success to ensure delivery excellence.

Stakeholder Coordination

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of goals and deliverables.
Support communication on project updates, risks, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to building a collaborative and transparent delivery culture within agile teams.

Required Skills & Experience

4–6 years of experience in product delivery or project coordination within SaaS or Cloud environments.
Exposure to AI/ML-based platforms or features such as AIOps, NLP, or predictive analytics.
Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS architecture (APIs, microservices).
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setup.
