We are seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist who combines deep technical expertise with a strong ability to implement solutions and ensure customer success. This role is ideal for someone who excels in solution deployment, integration, automation, and then driving customer adoption and value realization.

Role Overview

As a Technical Implementation Specialist at UnityOne.AI, you will lead technical onboarding, configuration, and integration for customer environments, followed by driving successful product adoption and ongoing value delivery.
Your mission: Lead technical implementation as the core responsibility, followed by ensuring customers achieve measurable success, adoption, retention, and expansion through UnityOne.AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Implementation, Onboarding & Integration
    • Lead end-to-end technical deployment and go-live for new customers
    • Integrate customer hybrid environments (on-prem/cloud) with the platform
    • Configure monitoring sources, APIs, collectors, and data pipelines
    • Build and test automation scripts, workflows, and agentic AI use cases
  • Customer Success & Enablement
    • Define success metrics, deployment plans, and customer KPIs
    • Drive training and enablement sessions on AI-powered operations
    • Monitor adoption, usage, and automation performance
    • Partner with support/product teams to resolve technical issues
  • AI & Automation Use-Case Design
    • Identify automation opportunities and build agentic workflows
    • Create proof-of-value use cases and ROI demos
    • Document reusable automation patterns and technical best practices
  • Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement
    • Capture customer insights and share with engineering
    • Identify expansion opportunities tied to automation maturity
    • Develop customer success stories and references
  • Customer Engagement & Value Realization
    • Conduct QBRs and showcase measurable outcomes
    • Act as the technical-customer advocate
    • Build strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise
    • 4–8 years in Implementation, Technical Consulting, Customer Success, or IT Operations
    • Experience with monitoring / AIOps platforms (Datadog, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, New Relic, OpsRamp)
    • Strong understanding of infra: Compute, Storage, Network, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes
    • Hands-on integration using APIs, Webhooks, Event Streams, ITSM (ServiceNow/BMC)
    • Docker & Kubernetes familiarity
  • Automation & Scripting
    • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash (automation & remediation workflows)
    • Automation frameworks / self-healing routines
    • Terraform / Ansible experience is a plus
  • AI & Observability Knowledge
    • Exposure to LLM-based automation & agentic systems
    • Observability pipelines: metrics/logs/traces, anomaly detection
    • Alert correlation & automation use cases
  • Customer & Problem-Solving Skills
    • Strong analytical and debugging skills
    • Excellent communication & stakeholder management
    • Ability to manage multiple customer journeys simultaneously
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
