We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions, with a focus on Cloud Sales, Cloud, and Infrastructure roles. You will play a critical role in enhancing our company’s employment brand and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, with a strong focus on Cloud Sales, Cloud, and Infrastructure positions.
Define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions for roles across the organization, particularly those in Cloud and IT services.
Source and attract top talent through various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, ensuring a strong fit for both the role and company culture.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor for recruitment needs.
Utilize HR metrics and data to track recruitment performance, analyze trends, and continually improve talent acquisition efforts.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, especially in Cloud, Infrastructure, and Technology recruitment.
Promote the company’s employment brand to attract top talent from product and services companies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-6+ years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on Cloud, Infrastructure, and Technology roles, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proven experience in recruiting for Cloud Sales and technical positions related to Cloud and Infrastructure.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employment and recruitment.
Experience hiring for roles in both product and services companies is highly preferred.
