Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, driven Sales Manager with 5 to 15 years of experience in selling cloud and infrastructure solutions to global enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has a strong hunter mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing complex deals. Experience working with global system integrators or channel partners to drive joint opportunities is a strong plus.

Job Description

  • Drive end-to-end sales of cloud and IT infrastructure services to enterprise clients across global markets.
  • Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with a strong focus on revenue generation.
  • Build and manage a high-velocity pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with presales, delivery, and marketing teams to build client-specific solutions.
  • Engage with global system integrators (GSIs) and channel partners to generate joint sales opportunities.
  • Participate in joint GTM efforts and co-selling activities with alliance and channel partners.
  • Establish strong client and partner relationships to support long-term growth.
  • Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce or similar).
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in cloud and infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and drive to meet goals.
  • Represent UnitedLayer with strong executive presence and effective communication in global customer engagements.

Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 15 years of direct sales experience specifically in cloud and IT infrastructure services, including private cloud, hybrid cloud, DRaaS, and managed services.
  • Strong hunting ability with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Experience in global sales environments; exposure to US market preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including C-level engagement.
  • Familiarity with alliance/channel sales models and partner collaboration.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
