Position Overview
We are looking for a young, driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive / Associate to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for someone with 3 to 6 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure sales and a passion for in-person customer engagement. The role is field-heavy, with up to 80% travel to meet potential and existing customers, build relationships, and close deals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in cloud and IT infrastructure services within the Dallas region
- Conduct regular on-site visits to meet with prospects and customers, understand needs, and present UnitedLayer solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including IT Managers, CIOs, and CTOs
- Track activities, leads, and pipeline through CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Attend relevant industry events, customer meetings, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (presales, delivery, and marketing) to support customer acquisition and success
