Job Summary

UnitedLayer is seeking an experienced Partner Manager to manage and grow strategic relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs). The ideal candidate will focus on driving revenue growth through existing GSI partnerships, expanding joint pipeline, and accelerating cloud services and solutions across international markets. This role requires strong partner sales experience, deep knowledge of cloud offerings, and the ability to execute high-impact go-to-market strategies with global partners.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Own and manage assigned GSI partnerships with a clear focus on revenue growth and pipeline expansion.
  • Develop and execute partner sales plans to increase deal velocity, deal size, and market penetration.
  • Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing partner accounts.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior sales leaders, alliance heads, and key stakeholders within GSI organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partner sales engagements, ensuring alignment and sustained momentum.
  • Drive executive connects, QBRs, and regular sales cadence with partner teams.

Sales & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Work closely with GSI sales teams to source, qualify, and close joint opportunities in international markets.
  • Lead co-selling motions, joint account planning, and opportunity execution with partners.
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to design and position partner-led cloud solutions.

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Own partner pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets.
  • Track and report on deal progress, pipeline health, and partner contribution to overall revenue.
  • Continuously refine partner sales strategies based on performance insights and market trends.

Enablement & Collaboration

  • Enable GSI sales teams on UnitedLayer’s cloud services, solutions, and value proposition.
  • Work with marketing on partner-led campaigns, events, and demand-generation initiatives.

Market & Customer Insight

  • Stay current on global cloud market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide actionable partner and market feedback to internal teams to support growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in partner sales, alliances, or channel management, with strong exposure to Global System Integrators (GSIs).
  • Proven experience driving revenue growth through existing partner relationships.
  • Strong background in cloud services and/or cloud products (private, hybrid, multi-cloud).
  • Experience working across international markets.
  • Excellent sales leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
