Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Global Alliance Manager to join our global team, focusing on System Integrators (GSIs). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in alliance or channel sales/presales and currently be in a similar role with a GSI. This role will primarily focus on the US market, with additional responsibilities in Canada, the UK, LATAM, and the Middle East.
Profile of the candidate
- Currently in an alliance/channel sales/presales role with a GSI.
- Geo Focus:
- Primary: US
- Focus: Canada, UK, LATAM, and ME
- Minimum 5 years of experience in alliance, channel sales, or presales.
- Should possess or have previously held a US B1/B2 visa.
Skills
- Extensive network and strong relationships with key executives and sales teams at GSIs.
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience in demand generation and channel sales.
- Expertise in running go-to-market campaigns.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
- Monitor channel partners, market trends, and competitor activities, providing actionable feedback to the organization.
- Collaborate closely with channel sales executives to lead day-to-day channel sales activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on volumes, revenue, territory penetration, market share, profitability, and growth.
- Develop specific plans to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, sign, and nurture relationships with partners.
- Drive healthy pipeline generation through channel partners.
- Maintain and update partner information and sales opportunities effectively.
