About the Role

Business Development Representative (BDR)/ Senior Business Development Representative

We’re looking for driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who love outbound prospecting, sparking conversations, and creating opportunities. As the front line of our sales engine, you will identify, qualify, and nurture relationships with prospects that fit our cloud, data center, and AI solution offerings

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting through calls, email, social media, and personalized messaging.
  • Research target accounts to understand organizational structure, key initiatives, and decision makers.
  • Build meaningful first-touch relationships and warm up accounts for AEs.
  • Perform discovery to qualify prospect pain points, needs, and solution fit.
  • Create and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, activity logs, and pipeline contributions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on outreach sequences, messaging, and events.
  • Hit weekly activity metrics and monthly qualified opportunity goals.

Requirements

  • 6 months – 5+ years of BDR/SDR or customer‑facing experience (tech preferred but not required).
  • Genuine interest in technology (cloud, data center, infrastructure, AI).
  • Strong communication and persistence (able to handle rejection and continue driving outreach).
  • High accountability and ownership mentality.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts.
  • Experience with prospecting tools (HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
