UnitedLayer® acknowledges record year in ’06 for sales, growth and overall development.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – January 5, 2007 – UnitedLayer® has recently closed their books on the most successful year to date for all business metrics during 2006.

Beginning last year with the successful merger with managed services company, ASPextra, to consolidating our Bay Area presence down to 200 Paul Ave and 365Main, UnitedLayer® beat or achieved all corporate goals set forth in our 2006 corporate plan.

“We really are seeing the beginning of the hockey stick growth curve as everything is up. Sales, revenue, margins, head count, expansion, attitude, it is all going in the right direction and we see 2007 and 2008 as simply the ‘growth’ years. We have a lot of great upcoming announcements and are really looking forward to continual improvements on all corporate fronts”, says Arman Khalili, CEO UnitedLayer®.

UnitedLayer® is a self funded, privately held corporation that has offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles. The company was founded in 2001 and has been cash flow positive for the past 2 years.
