Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Cloud Management and IT Operations Management platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, IT automation, and monitoring tools, along with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that address customer needs and align with market trends. Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
Explore opportunities to integrate AI/ML, including GenAI capabilities, to enhance platform functionalities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify pain points.
Translate customer needs into actionable features and enhancements.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to define product requirements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure products meet high standards of quality, scalability, and user experience.
Drive product launches and maintain ongoing customer satisfaction.
Create go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and training.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Leverage analytics and customer feedback to drive product iterations.

Experience

7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Cloud Management, IT Operations Management, or SaaS platforms.
Proven track record of delivering products that meet market needs and drive business growth.

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ITOM tools.
Familiarity with ITSM, orchestration, automation, and monitoring technologies.
Experience with AI/ML or GenAI product management is a strong plus.

Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in AI/ML integration within ITOM platforms, particularly Generative AI solutions.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices and containerization technologies.
Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals).
Product Management and SCRUM Certified.
