About the Role: As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent across all departments. You will lead a team of recruiters, oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring goals. This role requires strategic thinking, deep market insights, leadership expertise, and a passion for building exceptional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, craft effective job descriptions, and establish clear selection criteria.
  • Leverage various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent partners.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Develop and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring solutions.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
  • Proactively identify organizational talent needs and build robust talent pipelines for future growth.
  • Play a pivotal role in scaling the organization through strategic hiring and team-building initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant portion in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrable success in contributing to organizational growth through strategic hiring initiatives.
