Company Overview

UnitedLayer is a privately held company with facilities in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Founded in 2001, UnitedLayer started as a regional colocation provider in San Francisco. In 2005 UnitedLayer leased it’s first of several collocation facilities in San Francisco’s premiere carrier hotel, 200 Paul Ave. In 2006 UnitedLayer merged with ASPextra, a San Francisco based provider of managed servers and managed services. In 2006 UnitedLayer also acquired colocation facilities in Los Angeles.
